Why is the first impression so important? Why so many books have been written on this is because when a customer comes into your store, that first impression is like a blueprint in their mind to tell them whether this experience is going to be a good experience that’s going to lift them and get them what they need, or it’s going to be a hostile bad experience. It’s all down to that moment. And then what steps in is confirmation bias. So let’s make sure that first impression is everything we wanted to be for that customer experience.
